Wine tasting evening - CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE DOMAINE DE LA SOLITUDE
Friday, 27th June 2025
Cost: €390

It's a pleasure to welcome Florent Lançon: he reveals as never before the potential of this historic estate, one of the 3 most prestigious in its appellation since the 19th century. By fusing the soul of the Southern Rhône Valley with the Provence and the Mediterranean. The wines have gained in complexity and breed in recent years. And their ageing makes them among the finest expressions of the South of France.

Sumptuous programme: white “Solitude” cuvée 2022, white “Barberini” on the 2006, 2017 and 2023 vintages, red “Vin de la Solitude” 2020 reviving the ancestral method of creating a Châteauneuf under Napoleon, “Cornelia Constanza” (pure Grenache centenaire) 2019, and a vertical of “Réserve Secrète” on 2005, 2016 and 2020.

Wine tasting evening - CHAMPAGNE FRANÇOISE BEDEL
Friday, 18th July 2025
Cost: €390

Françoise is one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in Champagne. She gives each of her cuvées from the Marne Valley a new lease of life, giving them an unprecedented precision and delicacy. Between heaven and earth, between the plant world and minerality, the wines are disarmingly sincere. Serene and energetic. Lively, vibrant even, and intense. The bubbles are gentle and subtle. These are wines of substance and spirit, which are a natural match for the culinary ideas of René, Maxime and Oscar.

We'll start with ‘Dis Vin Secret’ and ‘Entre Ciel et Terre’ 2006. Then L'âme de La Terre 2002, incredibly complex, and the mysterious 2008. Jouvence 2013, Comme Autrefois 2006 and Robert Winner 1996, disgorged in 2023, will take us on an emotional journey.
