The evening events begin at 7.15pm.
Please note that the evening's presentation will be conducted in French. We will gladly assist with translations should you need any help. We thank you for your understanding and hope you enjoy the ambiance and the experience.
We would like to sincerely thank the participating estates for making these often-legendary wines available to all our guests on an exceptional basis.
The evening includes two courses of amuse bouche, a starter, fish course, meat course, cheese course, pre-dessert, dessert and sweet treats, the collection of wines, water and tea/coffee.
One hundred evenings. One hundred journeys through the finest appellations. To mark this exceptional milestone, La Bouitte invites you to experience a Paulée as it should be: gathered around a generous table, with carefully selected wines and food pairings crafted with passion.
Over one hundred evenings, we have shared our love of wine with you, glass by glass, vintage by vintage. Tonight, we raise our glasses together to celebrate this wonderful human and gastronomic adventure.
