Chefs René and Maxime present a tasting menu with wine pairings, in a play of mirrors with the pieces selected by the artists — performed at the very moment each dish and wine is served.

Through his expertise and a selection of around twenty exceptional products, Maxime will invite us to discover fruit in a whole new way: its richness, varieties, seasons, and the endless possibilities it offers in the kitchen.
