This course/class lasts 4 days,
from Sunday evening until Thursday afternoon


PROGRAMME
René & Marie-Louise MEILLEUR and their team are happy welcome for 4 day says in their charming establishment so as to have you appreciate and discover their cooking prowess.

Your arrival is planned for the Sunday towards 18.30, with the first contact around a good meal. Breakfast will be served around 09.00 and the cookery class will start at 09.30 with a gathering of various plants and herbs that we will use in our recipes, before every one takes up his apron and other equipment.

René and Maxime will propose various recipes, the likes of :
The different ways of cooking foie gras (terrine, pan-fried or in the oven),
The preparation of bisques, stocks and sauces, vinaigrette and seasonings,
We shall also be cooking lobster, lamb, beef…
We shall discover the many ways of working fruits (strawberries, melons, peaches, apricots…) in crème brûlée, soup, sabayon, pan-fried, as a soufflé, in a tart Maxime will show you how to make bread (sesame, country …) and brioches of all types.
You will also be able to show us your own recipes.
We heavily insist on the fact that you yourself work the products and participate actively in these classes.

You will then have the opportunity to taste on our terrace the dishes you have made during the classes.

During this course, we have also planned to take you to Arbin (a Savoy vineyard) where you can taste wines from Savoy and other regional products.


RATES
Tates with accommodation: €360 per person per day (including the cookery classes, breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Rates without accommodation: €220 per person per day (including the cookery classes, lunch and dinner)

*The local tax and drinks are not included in the price of the cookery course. So as to promote quality, we limit the number of participants to 8 people per course.

Ne reserve the right to cancel the course in the event that the number of participants is insufficient (5 people minimum per course).
