After skiing massage « The Deep tissu massage » :
This is a technique massage, the work is based only on legs, back, neck and head.

Shiatsu massage* :
Chinese médicine style. The aim is to find the balance between the soul and the body. It is very soft and energetic. The work is based on the pressure on various points of acupuncture.
Time 50 min  Rate 95 €
Time 90 min (with the face & neck) Rate 125 € .

Bèla Vya massage*:
Full body massage with essential oil, relaxing and tonic.
Time 30 min    Rate 50  €

La Reflexologie plantaire : 
Massage of the relaxing and energising foot acting by pressure on zones corresponding to organs.
Durée 50 min  Prix 105 €

Solant in the hay : 
Steam bath in the hay cut above 1400 m of height in our valley this summer. Very nice-smelling alpine scents.
Cures on base of hay are very appreciated and are synonymic on returning to nature.
Time 30 min.  Rate 35 €
After this bath, we would highly recommend a restful break with a cup of herbal tea, followed by a massage.

The Marie “bath”:
A milk and mountain honey bath.
The milk is an ideal product to soften the skin, and hydrate it thanks to the vitamins and minerals that it contains. It is the most gentle mountain product which mountains can offer us, a wonderful source of well-being, likely to regenerate and give the skin a very particular glow.
And the natural honey was used, in the area of beauty, during pharoah’s era. Ideal to hydrate an to tone the skin.
Duration 20 min, would recommend that you take a 10 min rest on a herbal bed.
Price 59 € for one person; 105 € for two people.
A glass of champagne is offered during this treatment to help   in fully benefiting form the present.
